I think the SD card is not mapped to memory, so you won't be able to access it just by using a memory address. There are special routines for accessing the data on a SD card (navigating the FAT file system, etc.)
Also, I don't have a Graph 85 SD. Only Graph85.

CPU: SuperH 3, similar to the SH-3 7705. Runs at 14.74MHz in big endian mode. It is possible to set the
clock speed up to 58.96MHz in software.
RAM: Amic LP62S16256F-T Series, 512k capacity.
Flash ROM: Spansion S29JL032H, 4MB capacity.
LCD driver: A Toshiba T6K11 variant4.
The system also includes a keyboard, the LCD, battery level sensors and an interface for SD cards
(fx-9860G SD model). Serial and USB communication is provided by the CPU. In a hole next to the reset
“button” are two contacts on the calculators circuit board. Upon shortening these together, a program
starts for OS update.
RAM is mapped and accessed at address 0x88000000, the ROM at 0x80000000 and 0xA0000000 (shadow
addresses). The start of ROM, 0xA0000000 is the CPUs reset vector, but the 0x80000000 range is most often
used by the OS code. Access to the display driver is done through 0xB4000000 for register selection and
0xB4010000 for data read/write.
La mémoire RAM de la G85 fait 512Ko, alors pourquoi on se retrouve qu'avec 64Ko ?
La mémoire FLASH est mappée, alors on pourrait peut-être l'utilisée comme mémoire RAM ?

des pointeurs encore et toujours des pointeurs !!! 
c'est vrai que ça servirai pas à grand chose d'avoir plus de mémoire vu le temps que met l'interpréteur BASIC pour exécuter un gros morceau de code (et encore que de progrès depuis la G35...) par contre l'idée d'un compilateur C (voir C++ soyons fou ) serait excellent....
Utiliser la mémoire flash de la G85 demande des connaissances en ASM SuperH3 et bon déjà que l'assembleur x86 c'est pas drôle alors là sur un proço de folie il faudrait une belle dose de courage pour pouvoir faire quelque chose....ou alors s'appeler kukalc.....

Matez-moi plutôt ce projet.
Le type arrive à utiliser une souris externe sur sa G85, modifier la fréquence de l'horloge et d'autres truc encore :

Thomatos > Un interpréteur Basic qui lance les prog a partir des G1M c'est faisable. C'est d'ailleurs la meilleur solution pour avoir un interpréteur plus rapide a mon avis.
