I think an online wiki-like site would be more readable than a single document. However, I feel like fandom may not be the best place for that. Some kind of MediaWiki might be more suitable. Though obviously it needs to be hosted somewhere so I understand the options are limited.
Would it be possible to host a wiki on the website where the main C.Basic pages are? It feels appropriate.

The e-Gadget site is managed by Krtyski, and before making any change or suggestion, telling Krtyski through built-in comment is needed because only he can do these changes. Moreover AFAIK Krtyski is very busy for his own work, so there is little time for him to edit e-Gadget. Beside, e-Gadget is based on FC2, a Japanese blog hosting website. Since FC2 aims for personal usage, it is not suitable for the topics that need potentially large and constant edits like in Fandom.

Hmm I see. In this case a Wikia/Fandom project might be the simplest option indeed.

Now I need to prepare the Main Page of C.Basic Fandom, but for now I have little time because next week I need to attend the exam, so I need some staffs to help me
I've also planned to open French/Chinese C.Basic Wiki if most of the English pages are done.

It's been a long while since the last progress update
French and Chinese C.Basic Wiki are now available for editing
The Japanese C.Basic Wiki will also be created once I receive messages from Krtyski.I will occasionally update the progress table below.

Fandom deleted the French & Chinese Wikis without notifying me
Btw, I will not be able to edit the wiki frequently starting from today due to preparation of HKDSE, so I will be mostly inactive until mid-May. After that, I will work on the wiki almost all the time.

I think it would be cool to write this wiki on a real wiki like a mediawiki instance because fandom is full of ads that pop up everywhere and that's really annoying.
