C.Basic Projets

Hello, everyone.

I am Sentaro21, and I am developing C.Basic, a Basic interpreter that allows high-speed execution of Basic programs while maintaining compatibility with genuine Casio Basic.

Here is an English site, by Krtyski, about the C.Basic project (I helped him with the translation, but it's still unfinished) :

The articles and various programs from this site served as a reference to evaluate the compatibility level of C.Basic. Results were not good every time I tested them, but compatibility increased over time.

These programs have been ported experimentally. Many thanks to their authors.

This is excellent news! Everyone don't be fooled by the few posts, this is the result of long and great efforts that were put into C.Basic. A great gift straight on Christmas day

In 2026 I think it would be really important to get C.Basic to work on the Math+/CG-100, if you're up for it. This is the only way that we can preserve old CASIO Basic programs on the new machines.

Hi all

Starting from this version, you can now run Casio Basic and (hopefully) most C.Basic programs on fx-CG100! Besides, the CG/CW Editions have completely switched to fxlibc and OpenLibm that yields another 10% uplift on integer and floating-point arithmetics

As usual, if you find any bugs, please report here or in the Git bug tracker
